Comments provided by the Secretariat on comprehensive revised draft legislation. Two consultation meetings with the different sectors involved in the drafting of the law were held in March and May 2020. Draft submitted to the General Secretariat of the Government for consideration. 

Adoption and promulgation. Agreement between Algeria and Secretariat on revised legislative analysis, including possible Category 1 status.
